By leveraging the expertise of our channel partners, we are also able target specific niche markets, such as healthcare, education, and digital signage, more effectively.
The Synergy Partner Program comprises three certification levels: Authorized, Gold and Synergy Platinum Partners that are customized to meet the scale in execution, support the requirements of multiple market segments, while adapting to different performance, volumes, and ability.
Since we strive to achieve excellence, we have designed two additional certifications aimed to support vertical markets: Acer for Education Partners bring innovative technology to schools, assisting them in evolving learning and teaching to prepare the student for future jobs, also the ones that don’t exist yet; Acer Cloud Partners offer their in-depth knowledge of Acer hardware and ChromeOS solutions to support the migration to this environment.
The Premium Partner label adds values and benefits to selected partners demonstrating a strong commitment and proactivity to the brand. Scope of this label is to create a ‘limited edition’ community, primarily addressing vertical markets, to encourage business partnership cross countries and exchange best practices.

Next-gen sales tools
Managed services are the future of tech because of their financial and environmental benefits. Acer as a Service, which includes Acer Smart Financing and Acer Device as a Service, is an important milestone in our approach to sustainable business growth. It provides a flexible way to enlarge or reduce responsibly the IT fleet of our customers, reducing both carbon footprint and e-waste when it’s time to replace the devices. It also allows us to build solid, long-lasting partnerships with end-users and channel partners.
While working to keep resources in use for as long as possible, we have offered our customers the opportunity to give back their old devices through the Acer Trade-in Express platform. Customers will receive an instant valuation to help offset the cost of new products. and will directly contribute to the circular economy allowing old devices to be repurposed or safely recycled.
